I have a Viper car alarm that has keyless entry, the ability to roll down the windows by pressing the II button, and a thing that won’t let the car start without an electronic key inserted in some sort of device.

The battery on the keychain was just recently changed, so I know that isn’t the problem. I can get into the car by manually unlocking it, but obviously I can’t start the car because of the alarm.
