How do I know if a car alarm is still in my car?

I bought a decked out paseo and am finding thinggs out with the car that the guy I bought it from did not know about. Now theres this sticker on the window that says Black widow alarm and there is a red light that lights up when I start the car right beside the clock on the dash. If there is still an alarm system attached to this car would it be somewhere under the hood?

If the red light is part of the alarm system, and it lights up, then the alarm is still connected in the car. Usually the only thing under the hood would be a siren; the "brain" of the alarm system is most likely under the dash, usually on the driver’s side. However, it might be hard to find; the better installers try to hide the alarm module.
